No baking tonight but my husband and I bought an electric cooker. I've been wanting to eat some なべ now that the weather is getting colder and it's super easy. So, we bought everything we needed and had a hearty helping of our first nabe. I'm sure we'll be using this cooker for all kinds of things this winter!
I'll be back to baking tomorrow...I'm thinking blueberry muffin bread.
